Your Exploration Books

Each Chakra course comes with a dedicated Exploration Book (meaning 7 books in total). You can access them in the introduction or main page of every chakra.

The exploration books contain all the lessons practical exercises, related to the chakra, that will help you to gain clarity on your course creation process, create your course content or your communication.

But don’t dive into the exploration book before watching the related videos 😁 The videos are explaining each key (or lesson), why you want to activate them, what it will bring you to activate them and how to make it happen.

You can either print the exploration books to work or, if like me you love using your tablet, you can use applications compatible with PDF to write on it such as “GoodNotes”, “Notability” on iPad or on”Noteshelf” Androïd, amongst others.
