In Greek, Zoikos means “that which concerns the living” it usually refers f to the animal kingdom, but the truth is, we are part of that kingdom as well, even if we sometimes feel separated from it. 

This oracle came to me as a gift—a roadmap of self-understanding and reconnection—with the wisdom these beautiful animals wanted to express through me. It is not a definitive guide on spirit animals, nor an ultimate truth. It is simply what these animals wanted to say through my voice. Therefore, before reading the card descriptions, I would like to invite you to press pause for a second and listen to your own inner voice and what the animal you picked means to you. Maybe it means something related to your life experience or traditions. Perhaps it makes you feel positive or negative emotions. Perhaps it whispers a word or gives you a flash of an image Pay attention to all of these insights as they are part of the message this animal has for you.

There is no specific way to use the cards, and while the deck is intended as a one-card-per-day pull to prompt self-reflection, I encourage you to be creative if you want to play with it as a divination game.
